Perspectives

More than one million people worldwide have a recognized disability – yet the majority of websites are not accessible to everyone. PERSPECTIVES aims to create awareness for this topic and illustrate its realizability. The core of the platform is the information visualization of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, which allows users to grasp all guidelines at a glance. The filtering of this visualization also allows them to view only information that is relevant to them. With additional features, such as the filterable checklist and the glossary, the fear of complexity is taken away.

PERSPECTIVES was awarded four times. The project received recognition at the Annual Multimedia Award, the European Design Award, the Universal Design Competition Award and the Creative Communication Award. An article about it was also published by Page.
